This fixed awning provides a contemporary standing seam look to enhance the curb appeal of your home or commercial building. It is built from solid and engineered wood with a powder-coated steel frame and a steel cover for long-lasting durability. The modular design features a non-adjustable, stationary structure engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 120 mph and snow loads of 100 lbs. Included with the unit are the frame, assembly hardware, and a touch-up paint kit to simplify the setup process. This product is of very high commercial grade quality. This model is heavy steel, is very sturdy and requires an experienced crew to mount it overhead, especially the 8 foot size. This is not a DIY install. Assembly can be DIY with the right patience and good tools, but not the installation. Also, be prepared with the right mounting hardware (per instructions), before your install crew arrives. No photo can be provided as we are still waiting to have it installed. Delighted! I received the pergola quickly! It was shipped in 4 different boxes and the packaging was awesome! No damaged pieces! Great price and fits my needs. Well, I have now assembled the pergola and did have some damaged pieces (see pictures) I don’t think these pieces were damaged in shipping… seems like they may have come that way from the manufacturer. In any event, I am still happy with the end result. Assembly would be a bit easier with some written instructions to accompany the photos but with patience we were able to figure it out.
