This fixed awning provides a contemporary standing seam look to enhance the curb appeal of your home or commercial building. It is built from solid and engineered wood with a powder-coated steel frame and a steel cover for long-lasting durability. The modular design features a non-adjustable, stationary structure engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 120 mph and snow loads of 100 lbs. Included with the unit are the frame, assembly hardware, and a touch-up paint kit to simplify the setup process. This awning provides effective protection against sunlight, rain, and snow while requiring a minimum vertical clearance of 84" wide.

This product is of very high commercial grade quality. This model is heavy steel, is very sturdy and requires an experienced crew to mount it overhead, especially the 8 foot size. This is not a DIY install. Assembly can be DIY with the right patience and good tools, but not the installation. Also, be prepared with the right mounting hardware (per instructions), before your install crew arrives. No photo can be provided as we are still waiting to have it installed.
