The instructions were fairly easy however I initially installed the light component backwards. The light is sufficient sometimes I wish it were a little brighter. It fits in the corners pretty well, but I think one side of my living room is a little uneven, so that’s why it comes up not as flush to the wall as the other side. One remote can program both lights, but sometimes the lights aren’t synced however, I believe if you hold the remotes down, then they sync with each other. Unfortunately, these lights don’t work in my house. They are made for new construction and in order to make them work in an older house. You have to retrofit the light fixture, which would cost more money than it’s worth. They are not made to go right into an existing light fixture. You will need to order the springs from the company for them to work unless you have newer construction they won’t work. That being said, they seem like good quality.
