Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. This is the 5th time I have bought one of these under rugs in the past 8 years so you know I like them. They are pretty simple, do not leave a residue, help with noise suppression, and keep the rugs in place. My only note is that they have been too large for the corresponding rugs (you would think an 8 x 10 rug and an 8 x 10 pad would be the same size but no) so my only advice is that you examine your rug’s dimensions very carefully when buying or be prepared to cut the pad down to size.
