If you have gone to the trouble of buying quality bathroom fixtures and you have a pedestal sink, then you have to buy these. Anything that is exposed should look good, and these do the trick. I saved the pieces for several years until I had a nice Kohler Archer sink installed and within a year, the faucets were very clogged and no longer worked. The ceramic disc cartridge is the heart of the faucet, controlling its temperature and water flow. Internally, two opposing discs made out of ceramic carbide rotate to control the flow of water. Because ceramic carbide is impervious to friction, it can last for many years before needing replacement. This is a 3/8" x 16PT spline broach quarter turn hot-side replacement stem cartridge. Compatible with Kingston Brass LS845xJX and LS855xDL faucets.
