This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. The camera is a nice feature being able to see what obstacles or things lost under the bed. The auto empty function is much quieter than my previous robot. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. Unpacked it and was very impressed with the quality of the materials: metal air grills, nice fabric, robust lifting/moving straps, etc. Also, the HEPA air filter is very easy to access and remove/replace. I like the compact vertical design and the neutral gray color that blends in with most decor. After downloading the Electrolux app and configuring the Air Purifier on my network, I was able to see air quality measurements, humidity and temperature. I was also able to control the unit from my iPhone, easy and handy! Finally, the unit is very quiet when running, manually set on fan speed 4 of 9!
