The only disappointment was that there was no door handle on the inside, just two "nubs" (where outside handles is mounted through glass) to push open when done showering. I waited two months to get the door because they lost the first order. Wayfair never kept me informed of the progress I had to sit on the phone for hours to get answers. They then discounted 20 which for all of the household and time wasted I do not feel that was a fair adjustment. We finally got the product and there were no instructions in the box. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service I realize everyone is working under special circumstances but that does not mean that customer service could not respond in a more positive way. It did take extra helping hands to hold the parts in place while assembling, but the instructions were easy to follow. The look is great and lets in window light making the guest bathroom seem larger. Keeping the glass clean is also very easy. The quality of the glass and hardware is strong and durable (I was afraid it would seem more fragile than it it) - but it seems to be very well-made. We have the privilege of having my brother to be able to tackle our remodeling projects even if it will take time due to him living 6 hours from us. We also have a room that's a clean slate and we can build our room around what we find. I was so excited seeing this shower door. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look.
