Great Door, rare 80 H. The door is very well made. Beware though, their measurement for size is off. I had an exactly 36 opening, and the door was a half inch too big because they did not include the dimension of the hinges. Have to retile the doorframe, to remount. Have not installed this yet, but upon unpacking I am very satisfied with the construction and weight of this product. Needed something that would flip up and be out of the way and not made of wood.
