Have not installed this yet, but upon unpacking I am very satisfied with the construction and weight of this product. Needed something that would flip up and be out of the way and not made of wood. After installing he noticed two scratches on it. Tried calling Wayfair but could not get through because of COVID. I’m hoping that they sell some type of product that can buff out the scratches.
