First of all, the order was significantly delayed so it wasnt here in the delivery window so I had to have the contractor come back out the following week. Secondly, they said they delivered to a safe and dry location but they left it in the yard and it had a pool of water on it because it was raining. And the crate was slightly broken. That said, all the parts were there and the glass is nice! It has great seels on the outside and between he stationary glass and the door. I cant guarantee how it will hold up but it heavy and pretty and tall. So far, Im in love. Delivery and shipment were not the greatest though but so glad it stayed in one piece inspite if it.. Kelly. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement.
