I love this lock. The only confusing part for me was how to connect to my Alexa system since I have a zigbee hub built in. I was first directed to use the Yale app which wouldn't work or detect my lock, there were no QR codes or serial codes on my packaging that would register. I then had to figure out on my own to add the device directly to my Alexa app as a generic lock for it to work.
