Excellent value! With free shipping, this item was shipped fast and arrived with no damage. There are four boxes, one box for each glass section, a box for the hardware, and a tube container for the plastic stopper. The weight and thickness of the glass is impressive. Be careful and measure the shower accurately. I was concerned about the door being the correct size, but it fit like a glove. It's a two person job to install. The online installation video is VERY helpfull and EZ to follow. For me, the drilling of the holes was the hardest part. I needed four tile drill bits to make eight holes. My suggestion, add one more green tile anchor as a spare. I wasted one because it would not go into the drill hole and was damaged. Looks nice and clean in our newly renovated master bath. I purchased this at a time it seemed like I couldn’t find the right door size anywhere, including the big box stores. Relatively easy to install, my husband had it in within an hour or so. We had to manually trim the sill with a saw to fit the entrance. Taking one star off because the two side panels come up higher than the actual shower door and it just looks odd, almost unfinished. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen.
