This was delivered well packed with no damage to the product. All hardware was included. I need to note there is not a plate included with this although the instructions include installment for one. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. MrSteam Remote temperature probe used to accurately read the temperature inside the steam room and send it to the controller.

You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. Beautiful, and functions as expected and we do love the faucet, but I need to mention two minor caveats (for which I have lowered my rating by 1-star): The faucet has lower flow in normal mode than I had hoped. I understand all faucets are limited these days, but the drop in flow was noticable compared to my old faucet. The second and bigger issue was that one of the water-line connection hoses was a couple of inches too short. The major brand faucet it replaced had hoses that were plenty long, so I can only assume those on this faucet are shorter than standard. I normally don’t do reviews but I felt I needed to do one for this purchase. First, I really like this faucet! It wasn’t what I thought this was but it was installed. Because of Wayfair’s customer support, I decided to not change this out. The problem was not stemming from Wayfair so they went way beyond expectations with this sale. This was a win win for me as I’m totally happy with this faucet and it’s two separate faucets that do two separate functions that keep from spraying the floors. Perfect! We needed a new sink faucet, but as someone who cooks multiple meals a day, including things that get your hands super dirty like bread, I really wanted a touch faucet. I wasnt sure what to expect, but this is awesome! You can touch it to turn it on, or use the handle for a regular stream, hit the button for a spray, or the third button to pause it.
