I love the fan, but the remote is not intuitive. Additionally, my installer tossed the manufacturer's manual and I cannot find one online anywhere. Im giving this ceiling fan 4 stars, but I have to say that the installation process was a nightmare. The instructions were, hands down, the worst Ive ever encountered. It was like they expected me to be a professional electrician! The installation itself was also quite challenging, which added to my frustration. Another drawback is that the fan doesnt come with light bulbs, which seems like a pretty standard inclusion. On the plus side, the materials used look acceptable overall. One feature that I was initially excited about was the crystals, but after struggling to install them and realizing how fragile they were, I decided to leave them off altogether. Surprisingly, the fan still looks great without them, and Im happy with the simplified look. Despite the installation headaches, Im pleased with the final result. The fan looks good and seems to be working well. However, I would caution potential buyers to be prepared for a potentially frustrating installation process and to factor in the cost of light bulbs.
