This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. The top was extremely easy to put on. The last one did what it needed to do. After the last winds in the hills it finally just came apart. But, as long as you have replacement canopies for this size gazebo I will continue to replace. By the way the winds never brought down the structure. We have it anchored into the ground with ties..
