Was way easier to put together than I expected from reading other reviews. Also I was able to get every single hole to line up unlike all of the other people too. Maybe thats because Im a female - 37 yr old female who put this together alone. I found not separating the plastic washer part from the row easier to do rather than trying to hold onto the washer and screw I just held the washer next over (see random picture showing what I mean). I havent put the doors on, but dont expect an issue. Im looking forward to how this holds up in Denver, CO. Another thing is there seems to be a clear plastic over all of the metal parts, the manual didnt say if youre supposed to take those off. I received my shed and I love it, however, the two guys who put it together said that a lot of the parts were dented, but usable, and also about 20 screws were missing. This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open. Not the greatest but not the worst, very tidious to put together, took about 4 hours, I didn’t take all the plastic off, left it on. Some holes needed to be drilled out myself. Overall this shed is extremely good for the price. The assembly took a good bit for two of us to put it together. The instructions can be a little difficult to understand at times so really pay attention to what the picture shows. The interior is huge! The headroom is great. Can easily stand up straight and have room to spare. The design has the windows caddie corner from each other, but I didn’t want one facing the house and it was simple to cut the notches for the trusses to fit into. If you want a good shed. Shed took about 6 hours to install with one person. Definitely wear the gloves provided because the metal panel edges are sharp especially for the roof. Structure is sturdy .
