It arrived in good shape. No damage to package. The jamb was straight forward to assemble. We knew that the door would require mortising for the hinges so did not have a problem with it. Beautiful door and very heavy. You definitely need to have someone install that is strong, as the door is heavy. You also need to make sure you're hitting studs or that you have a support beam installed. I ended up having a support beam put in. Love love love these doors. Used them between the master bedroom and master bath. They look great and the frosted glass lets in some light while providing privacy. It was a bit of work for our contractor to set the hardware as the doors are are not prepped for that but we knew that from previous reviews Even with that our local building supply store wanted 3000 for a “custom” door of this design. Installed as an office door, looks chic and modern from both sides. Took off one star for packaging issues - one of the doors arrived with shattered glass, the replacement sent was also shattered but third time was a charm.
