The doors are beautiful and just what I wanted. The instructions and missing parts were disappointing. Thankfully the missing parts were not key to actually installing the doors. Handyman was able to work through the instructions. Hoping missing parts come from manufacturer soon so that we can finish off the final installation. I am not sure how the center stopper will work if we actually get them but black zip ties are working for now as a center stopper. These doors are very pretty! In all honesty, it took me months to get them fully installed. The directions were minimal to say the least, but I did find my way. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delivery of the closet doors we recently received. The doors were actually packaged very well, with plastic corner protectors on every corner. However, despite the careful packaging, both upper corners of the doors were damaged upon arrival. The plastic protectors themselves were broken, which strongly suggests that the package was either dragged on the ground or dropped during handling by the delivery personnel. Although the damage is frustrating, we have decided to keep the doors and repair them ourselves. We feel that even if we requested a replacement, there is a strong possibility that the new shipment would arrive damaged as well. It is disappointing to see how little care some delivery drivers seem to take when handling packages entrusted to them, especially large and fragile items like these doors.We wanted to bring this issue to your attention in hopes that improvements can be made with the handling and delivery process.. Exactly what we needed. Great sturdy doors with a slight grain in them make them look even more expensive. Lots of pieces assembly took a while but was worth it and we opted to paint them as an accent to our white walls. They took the paint very well! Just make sure you have proper anchors to mount the track or block out properly in the wall before Sheetrock. We had to shore them up a little with bigger anchors in the Sheetrock.. Jen.
