These doors are very pretty! In all honesty, it took me months to get them fully installed. The directions were minimal to say the least, but I did find my way. Love love love these doors. Used them between the master bedroom and master bath. They look great and the frosted glass lets in some light while providing privacy. It was a bit of work for our contractor to set the hardware as the doors are are not prepped for that but we knew that from previous reviews Even with that our local building supply store wanted 3000 for a “custom” door of this design. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delivery of the closet doors we recently received. The doors were actually packaged very well, with plastic corner protectors on every corner. However, despite the careful packaging, both upper corners of the doors were damaged upon arrival. The plastic protectors themselves were broken, which strongly suggests that the package was either dragged on the ground or dropped during handling by the delivery personnel. Although the damage is frustrating, we have decided to keep the doors and repair them ourselves. We feel that even if we requested a replacement, there is a strong possibility that the new shipment would arrive damaged as well. It is disappointing to see how little care some delivery drivers seem to take when handling packages entrusted to them, especially large and fragile items like these doors.We wanted to bring this issue to your attention in hopes that improvements can be made with the handling and delivery process..
