My problem was extended shipping times. Over a month due to some kind of damage. I have not noticed that damage so..really, was that the delay? I had to order the grey vanity but was looking for the white vanity with a marble top and black drawer fixtures. It was out. This one works great. I had a contractor install so I am not sure I could have glued the sink in myself and installed. This is a very solid piece. The top comes in a separate box, the sinks were packed in the cabinet together in one smaller box. You have to set the sinks and then set the countertop which is definitely a 2 person job.
