The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. Cold smoking creates a richer and more complex flavor than hot smoking. Until now, creating an effective cold smoker was complicated. The Bradley Cold Smoke Adaptor fits snugly between the smoke generator and smoking chamber and cools the smoke to the perfect temperature.
