My wife loves the heated option that this tub offers. We purchased this tub to replace a larger jetted tub, our older tub required a significant amount of water in order to use the jets, our new Kohler tub requires about half as much water. I am SO thankful for Wayfair! I had ordered a Kohler tub from HD, and one from Lowe’s, only to find out that they were back ordered for 6 months,,minimum! Wayfair came through for me! In a time period when no one can get tubs, I managed to get one. Also, it’s gorgeous! I was a tad concerned about the size of this, but honestly, it’s perfect. I’m 5’11, and fit perfectly in this! I’ve read reviews commenting that the 36” width is narrow in this tub, and honestly, I have no idea what people are talking about. Unless someone had a real weight issue, the width is not a problem. Nice looking tub, but while inspecting prior to install notices that the holes were very rough with burrs that would catch the threads on a cloth, would definitely scratch you in the tub. Repair person was sent and it can be fixed. Unfortunately after install we found that light shines directly through the tub and the fiberglass is paper thin (noticed from a plumbing hatch in the closet behind the tub). The fiberglass repair guy says it will need to be removed and be reinforced to properly fix. The real question is what else will be wrong with this tub?! We love our tub! It's comfortable, the jets are great, and sturdy. I wanted to specifically note that we installed a bi-fold glass partition door with the tub. On one of the sites this tub is listed, someone said that was impossible but we pressed ahead suspecting it wasn't the case. And as you can see in the picture, we were correct. It looks great!. We love our new tub. It seemed narrow and not as deep as my old Jacuzzi tub so I was worried. All of my reservations was eliminated when I used it the very first time. It’s the perfect size for both my husband and I. I’m 5’5” and he’s 5’9”. It’s made for one person to fully stretch out and to use as intended. Great solution for a small bathroom. We have a mid century modern home and the largest bathroom is small. We wanted a soaking tub with jets but worried about what could be done in the small alcove we had to work with. This tub is great. Wish it was a little taller to offer a deeper seat because we’re not small people, but it’s comfortable, jets are powerful (you can’t use bubble bath with these jets), and I can’t tell how much of a difference the bask heating feature makes but it stays warm enough for a reasonable bath. Delivery service 0 out of 5 stars. I had a delivery window of 11:30 - 3:30 on Saturday of Memorial Weekend. Stayed home all afternoon. Two guys showed up at 4:00. One BIG guy and his little helper to carry in a heavy $$$$ 72” TUB. I felt sorry for the “helper” “handling” my huge tub by himself on a wobbly dolly . The BIG guy with an attitude WATCHED the “helper” and really didn’t care where he put the $$$$ tub. I’m not sure what happened but the BIG guy does not like his job and should not be in front of customers. MY $$$$ tub looks to be damaged …. Tub Box is crushed. I shall see how this works out.. I'm beyond frustrated with Wayfair! I have been trying to get parts to fix this tub that came with broken parts from Wayfair for over a month. Each time I call, they tell me that it will be taken care of immediately. Kohler asked Wayfair to send me replacement parts that are available on Feb 22 and it is already March 25.
