There were a few hairline cracks in the large pieces of Flexstone but the contractor thinks he can work around those. The glue was a total loss but we purchased some locally for our project.(A piece of cardboard at the tips would have saved the glue)the top of the box was smashed. One BIG guy and his little helper to carry in a heavy $$$$ 72” TUB. I felt sorry for the “helper” “handling” my huge tub by himself on a wobbly dolly . The BIG guy with an attitude WATCHED the “helper” and really didn’t care where he put the $$$$ tub. I’m not sure what happened but the BIG guy does not like his job and should not be in front of customers. MY $$$$ tub looks to be damaged …. Tub Box is crushed. I shall see how this works out.. We love our new tub. It seemed narrow and not as deep as my old Jacuzzi tub so I was worried. All of my reservations was eliminated when I used it the very first time. It’s the perfect size for both my husband and I. I’m 5’5” and he’s 5’9”. It’s made for one person to fully stretch out and to use as intended. I'm beyond frustrated with Wayfair! I have been trying to get parts to fix this tub that came with broken parts from Wayfair for over a month. Each time I call, they tell me that it will be taken care of immediately. Kohler asked Wayfair to send me replacement parts that are available on Feb 22 and it is already March 25.
