The crank handle was missing from the original box, but customer support was easy to work with and sent a replacement right away with no hassle. Based on the quality of the awning, I’m confident it will operate smoothly once it arrives. Installation takes some time and proper mounting is important, but overall this awning is a great value for the price and I would definitely recommend it.
