High quality product, a really good design, nice colour and fairly easy to install. The delivery guys were great. There was a huge problem with tracking and delivery, where the package was over a month late, so I called to inquire and they cleared it up and got a replacement sent out to me in quick order. Our SunSetter awning is now installed and working perfectly. The order process, delivery and final product all met expectations. Our only disappointment was the fact that we were charged a $50 delivery fee. All Wayfair ads stress free delivery and yet we were charged $50. What’s up with that. The installed SunSetter, as of last night, works just fine. I like the upgrades since I bought the first one nearly fifteen years ago. Get the motor. Get the remote. Maybe even the wind sensor? I didn't get that. Always be mindful of the wind. My SunSetter is part of why my house is my home. I thought that sounded more mature than writing, I love my SunSetter.
