Our new range was just delivered and installed. The burners will not auto ignite. We have been without a range that has a working oven for several months so the new unit is a welcome pleasure. Oven was received and had damaged edges that were broken, I contacted the help desk and was told to contact GE , the oven was ordered from Wayfair and payment was made to Wayfair not GE. This product was just as described. The blue wrapping was easy to remove and did a great job of protecting the surface. Installation went well but took some time. The vent hose was very large and had to be reduced to fit properly through the ceiling. The lights illuminate the kitchen with a warm light perfect for leaving on during the night for nightime visits to the fridge. The fan is too loud even on the lowest setting. This was just installed last week and although we've only used it a short time all seems to be working well. Someone else mentioned they found the controls a little finicky and I would agree, you have to touch them just right. I was very unhappy about about the glide out rack as I was told it was full extension and it actually is only about a 3/4 extension. It also didn't come with a broiler pan.
