It comes with 2 two brush heads: one soft, one stiff, however, I could not tell the difference between the brush heads, the seemed to be the same bristle stiffness. I love the standing dustpan as it is very easy to sweep into it. I also love the combs on the dustpan especially when trying to clean pet hair off of the bristles. Looks like it will be fun to use! Its attractive, bristles, pad surfaces etc are sturdy or soft enough to do the job propertly. I’ve been eyeballing this broom for sometime now. Mostly because it was attractive and can be left out for quick cleanup’s. Although the handle is the standard 12 inch size, it’s a little bit smaller than what I am used to - by about 4 inches, so you have to stretch a little further. Another good thing is the broom head has a lower profile making it easier to fit under your cupboards.
