I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. This thing cleaned things off my floor I didn't even think was POSSIBLE. it got old stains out of my wood floor and took no noxious chemicals, no elbow grease, and no headache from the smell of whatever is in the ridiculous floor cleaners now..
