The Sequoia features movable ergonomic backrests for maximum comfort, chromatherapy mood lighting, oxygen ionization system for purifying the air, recessed interior and exterior lighting, Bluetooth speaker system, cup holders, and more. The Sequoia is easy to assemble and the all natural Canadian red cedar wood will enhance any decor.

The product itself is very nice. However, this product is not intended for the typical consumer to build and install. The vast majority will need professional help. Background: I'm a 37 year old male, strong build, typical experience with construction and electrical work. The package arrives in a massive wood structure. The boxes all say 'THIS SIDE UP' with arrows pointing up. IGNORE THEM. Those are only for shipping. When you unload the boxes, you'll need to disassemble the wood structure and CAREFULLY lay the boxes on their sides. It will take 2-3 people to do this. There are glass panels inside one of these boxes, so be very careful. If you try to unload the boxes as they are, you are almost guaranteed to scratch the wood as you slide them out. There are 3 boxes containing panels. The first 2 boxes contain panels that I could lift and carry on my own. The 3rd box has the front and back panels (front has glass) and they are extremely heavy. Two strong men had a hard time moving them into place. You won't want to carry them more than a few feet, so make sure your delivery guy brings the wood structure close to where you want your sauna. The instructions are almost worthless. They are written in a weird Asian-English hybrid, and THEY ONLY GIVE YOU INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE 2-PERSON MODEL. This meant that I had an entire panel that was not listed anywhere in the parts list, or the instructions. I eventually figured out that this extra panel goes on the floor, but it meant I had to disassemble the bench and re-build the silly thing. Again, the instructions are a big weak point here. One good tip - the instructions say that a 'qualified electrician is required for installation'. If you ever manage to get this thing built, it operates very nice. We've used it for about a week now, and it has been great. It takes about 24 minutes to get up to 130 degrees, and another 20 to bump it all the way up to 140. If you are experienced in construction and electrical work, and you have a few strong people to help you, you should be fine. Once you do, it's a good product. We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use.
