Each piece of real glass is hand-cut and copper foil is wrapped around each individual piece. The glass pieces are then welded by hand to create one-of-a-kind designs. As part of the finishing process, oil is added to the outside of the design to protect the metal from erosion. The beauty of stained glass is its versatility when illuminated by light. Stained glass will become more vibrant when lit.

NOT AS DESCRIBED. I chose this over many other options (several less expensive options) because of the rotary onoff switch at the top of the lamp. The lamp i received does not have this feature. It has a botton that sits on the floor that you have to step on. Idk who came up with this trend but I dont generally keep the camp wires in a place where people step.
