I would give this zero stars if it were possible. To start, the package arrived with absolutely nothing included! It was missing numerous essential parts required for the sink to function. Furthermore, my plumber had to go through a grueling, repetitive process of installing and uninstalling the unit multiple times because it leaked from the back regardless of what was tried. We ended up spending far more on labor and additional components than the actual cost of the sink. To make matters worse, despite all the time, money, and energy invested, I now have to purchase an entirely new sink since this one is clearly defective. We used this Ruvati Prep sink as a laundry room sink. It is nice that is has moe rounded corners, which make it much easier to keep clean.
