Installed this trim kit 5 years ago and have been satisfied with the value of this unit. The chrome finish is still pristine. All the parts are brass - no plastic - which makes this unit feel higher end. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that it doesn't respond quickly to temperature adjustments once the knob has been turned on to your initial setting. It will get warmer or colder eventually (I'd say in about 20-30 seconds), which isn't as quickly as I'd like. Unclear if this issue could be fixed by replacing the cartridge.. Mike. Buffalo, NY. Great water delivery. Previous toilet had multiple holes which hard water build up decreased water released into stool when toilet was flushed.
