Received this on time; however, the packaging was really not great for the faucet. Kingston Brass usually does an outstanding job of packaging everything so it does not get banged up in shipping. This was left loose in the box, and (luckily) did not have any damage. My suspicion is that it was returned without the original packing materials, and just left to be damaged later. When I first receive my order the frame was broken and Wayfair wanted to give me a 25.00 discount for a picture that was 170.00 dollars make no sense. I got this valve kit to replace my master bathroom valve due to leakage. I have not yet had the time to install but it looks like it would work out.
