The Colony Round Front toilet is a space saver, but this High Efficiency Toilet offers great value, price and performance. With excellent flush performance using 20% less water compared to a standard ultra low flush 1.6 gpf (gallons per flush) toilet.

Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. I installed two of these doors in a recent bathroom remodel and am very happy with them. They look great and were fairly easy to build. One piece on one of the doors required light sanding to make it fit with into the pre-cut holes but otherwise no issues. Two notes: 1. There is a strong odor at unboxing. I recommend building these outside, if possible, and definitely leaving outside for a few days to off-gas before installing on an interior project. I left them on my balcony. 2.
