Love these! Perfect for my 9 foot ceilings! I used a multi tool to cut them where I needed and it worked well. The first package I received had cracks in them (easy to see why they crack as they are long boxes and if picked up on the ends, the stress would make the wood crack) and I got on the phone and provided photos of the damage, and a new box was sent at no charge. I kept the old ones which I used elsewhere, just shorter areas so the cracks didn’t matter. Great customer service and a two day replacement! Love the look.
