The Colony Round Front toilet is a space saver, but this High Efficiency Toilet offers great value, price and performance. With excellent flush performance using 20% less water compared to a standard ultra low flush 1.6 gpf (gallons per flush) toilet.

Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. Installed this trim kit 5 years ago and have been satisfied with the value of this unit. The chrome finish is still pristine. All the parts are brass - no plastic - which makes this unit feel higher end. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that it doesn't respond quickly to temperature adjustments once the knob has been turned on to your initial setting. It will get warmer or colder eventually (I'd say in about 20-30 seconds), which isn't as quickly as I'd like. Unclear if this issue could be fixed by replacing the cartridge.. Mike. Buffalo, NY.
