I love this. The frame fit my gas fire pit top perfect. It is just the right height for viewing the fire but not allowing too much heat-to-heat drinks setting next to the glass. The design is really nice for attaching the glass panels at the 90-degree angles. The hardware is solid, and not prone to 'stripping' out. There are little legs on the bottoms of each corner hardware, with a little rubber foot. The is nice because the glass itself is setting up (and not on) the mantel surface. In order to choose the proper wind guard size, measure your fire pit pan and add 5 inches to the overall dimension. The typical setback distance between the outside of the burner and the flame guard is about 2.5 inches on each side of the burner area of the fire pit. The flame guard placement should sit on the outside of your fire pit burner for optimal performance. Having the same spacing between the burner and the flame guard on all sides will give the fire feature a balanced well-designed look.

This arrived well packaged with no issues. It is heavy duty. Its made up of 4 glass panels with corner connectors you attach yourself using a Philips screwdriver. There are heat resistant feet that hold it up about an inch for an air gap needed by the burners. I would not use my firepit without it since it protects those sitting near from the flames blowing their direction, or being blow out.
