Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size. I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people. I have been buying this coffee maker for years and love it. The only problem is that it doesn't seem to last very long, despite the regular care I give it, i.e., descaling when the light comes on and changing the water filters. And it gives NO warning when it decides to break. One morning I got up and NOTHING. I had power, it lit up and made the usual noises, but the water would not go into the brewer. More recently, I had one that would not hold water in the reservoir. I'd find water all over my countertop and on the floor the next morning. I purchased this coffee maker in 2017 and have used it at least twice a day and it has made some of the best coffee to date. No mechanical issues and upkeep is changing water filters and routine clean cycles. I deep cleaned it ones with diluted clr to revitalize it. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at.
