I warred with getting these or the pedestal base, but due to replacing a bathtub with a unique plumbing layout, the feet were the best option if I needed to have my drain assembly facing the room. I needed to replace a Kohler corner tub in my primary bath that took up a huge section of my bathroom and I needed a tub that had presence/would fill the space well without looking skimpy. I also had a unique drain placement I needed to work around. I ended up deciding on this bathtub due to looks and the offset drain. Delivery was easy and the tub was extremely well packaged and somewhat resembling the Ark of the Covenant from "Indiana Jones" in its giant, wood crate. The finish on the tub is pristine and there isn't a single blemish on the tub, so the packaging was excellent. My remodel is ongoing, so I will need to update this review once it's complete.. Krista. I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people.
