Poor service from the company. Rather than ship the base, they texted me a bunch of questions a couple days after I ordered it even trying to confirm the address that I put into Wayfair. Another two days later they sent me a bunch more questions and I told them to cancel the order. I also canceled it on Wayfair and then they shipped it anyway. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement.
