Unfortunately I have to give this a one star. The nylon is very thin and tore at the bottom within 2 days of use exposing the bottom pole. The zipper was not put in evenly and hence does not work well, pulling apart at the top seam. The support bars fall down because the holders don’t support well enough. I love this gazebo! Unfortunately my previous Wayfair gazebo collapsed due to the tremendous amount of snow and ice we received early in January. I should have removed the canopy, but have not been removing it in past years. Id simply go out with a long push broom and gently lift up each section to allow the snow to fall off. This storm was different. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, its tough to buy a canopy that includes the ribbing that holds it together and atop the frame. Wayfairs customer service department used the replacement canopy I had purchased then returned and applied it as a credit to my account. I then quickly found an open box gazebo, that in my opinion is of better quality. I was eager to get it up, despite the windy weather here in Quakertown PA, but its up and anchored to my concrete patio acquiring plants, comfy chairs and tables, garden decor, etc. (mostly everything purchased at Wayfair, of course)!. Purchased this one to replace my previous dome. I love the larger opening and that it is taller so will allow people to stand up straight. There are air vents at the top which I leave open in the summer - it would be better if it had a window flap like I had in my last dome.
