The Bougainvillea variety Barbara Karst is a marriage of toughness and beauty. Not only does Barbara Karst handle desert heat well, it has been noted as hardy down to 25F. These plants were shipped during very cold New England weather. 4 of 5 looked like I purchased them off the shelf in a local store. Very well packed. One did sustain some damage to the larger leaves, but plenty of smaller leaves that were unaffected, and I’m particularly adept at rescuing plants, so I’m expecting it to make a full recovery. Sincerely appreciate the opportunity to purchase a multipack like this. Very excited to see them grow and eventually flower. Hoping to divide them and share with my family members down the road.
