Well when they finally arrived I was very surprised by their sturdy design and the weight. They are not too heavy to move around but they have enough weight to keep them from toppling over when stacking them in the cabinets. We have never had a set like this so we are still a bit worried about burning things in them, but from what I’ve read they are going to be much easier for me to clean without worrying about scratching off any nonstick coatings that could eventually give us all cancer. I love the small pot and the deep skillet. They are going to be great for stews. Also some of them have a measuring line right on the inside so that’s going to be great for us!. Scarlet. great wok! made stir fry veggie dinner for my family and the carrots of all the veggies were the best stir fry i have ever had. I used lemon olive oil! it was was easy to clean. Very strong pot! It has a good weight to it. I love that it’s hybrid. Stainless steel with the non stick function. It has a pretty large capacity to cook many different kinds of foods.
