Quick and simple installation using two screws that are provided and screw through two pre-drilled holes in the back. Plastic anchors are also provided just in case, but it's always best to screw directly into the wood if possible. Installs into the wall between the studs for a neat, recessed appearance.

We purchased these for our sink that had a 1.5 inch drain size, and it's hard to find ones that are compatible. Our plumber installed one and found that it was extremely difficult to find a compatible tail pipe as this drain DOES NOT come with a tail pipe, which is in the description of the item. Further, once we removed the item after testing the pop-up capability with water once, the internal components had already started rusting. While the width was able to fit between the 12” between the studs, the shelves are still large enough to fit economy-size bottles. We purchased 2 to install side-by-side. With the cut-out measurements available on Wayfair, our contractor was able to rough out the walls before the niches arrived, and they arrived quickly!
