It takes several days to bring the hot tub up to temperature when refilling. I think this may be comfortable for 5 people, but I have no idea how you fit 7 adults in this hot tub. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! Love it! One of my favorite things in my new house!! I use it daily for my matcha, my hot tea and can use the hot water to soak very dirty potspans. Also great to remove price tags or sticky anything on dishes or whatever. One thing to note, I usually have it at a medium high temperature, but when I turn it higher when I need very hot water, I guess the water fills the tank and the water automatically comes spitting out of the faucet, which isn’t a big deal but can be a safety issue. If you have kids you need to make sure they’re not around the sink because the water does start spouting out from the faucet and it’s very hot. Also, in addition to all of my other champagne bronze faucets, it does keep water spots on it constantly, still need to figure out how to keep it looking clean.. Roberta. Santa Fe, NM.
