Good construction and well-designed, at a good price. The colored chase lights aren’t useful but you don’t have to turn them on. Installation with access above is easy (new construction or attic access), installation only from below is difficult - you really need to fasten the box on both sides to get it level. DO NOT PRE-TEST BEFORE FINISHING INSTALLATION - the lights and fan will not operate when partially installed. I spend hours tracing a problem that didn’t exist. Wish this was clearly stated in the instructions. I finally got around to installing this exhaust fan to replace one that was almost 30 years old and I’ve got to say that I was really impressed by how simple the process was.
