This is a handcrafted hollow fireplace mantel. Our mantels are hand-made with love and passion. These mantels are as beautiful as they are useful, robust, light, and elegant. The distressed look is achieved by hand with attention to detail. As a result, no two beams are the same and your beam will be one-of-a-kind. Fantastic mantel. I shopped several custom mantel stores and was prepared to pay over 3k for a mantel when I came across this one. The wood grain and mild distressing is perfect for our space. It gives character to a cookie cutter builder home. Unfortunately the money I saved on the mantel has been spent at Wayfair on other decor items….. not a bad trade off!. Lisa. The Villages, FL. Hevea wood is an economical yet extremely durable solution if you are looking to update your living space. The butcher block comes pre-stained and finished so further cutting and finishing is not recommended. The allure of a pure wood product is that no two-grain patterns, textures, or colors are identical. Wood is affected by soil contents, climate, growth patterns, and many other factors. These wonderfully unique features will ensure a one-of-a-kind look for your remodel.
