I used this light below my 48" floating cabinet. I love it! It gives out a bright white clean even light line. Not spots, which I didn't want. We did buy the direct wire option and had to take the light apart as all the wires are inside the fixture itself. The rounded corner is a steel plate bend, so the rounded corner formed can be smaller, the available space of the sink is larger, the sense of the line is stronger, and the texture looks more high-end. Brushed satin finish tend to hide water spots, scratches and helps resist corrosion and rust. I searched for literally hours for a range hood that had a CFM higher than 800, was 36" but didn't have the touch screen controls. I finally came across this range hood option since it was very decently priced. Overall, we are very happy with it especially considering what it costs. Range hoods can get quite speedy. My favorite thing about it is the real buttons! They are placed in a great spot and are super easy to turn off and on. The lights also work wonderfully. It works good getting the smells out. I would say the only con is it is a bit loud, even on the lowest fan but even with that, I would still really recommend this hood. Many viewers complained about the grates coming in a white color and not stainless steel as advertised - please note, they aren't white. Had a hard time finding a fan the size I wanted but this was it! I wanted a larger size and most were not long enough for my 36" stove width I wanted a good 4" on each end. It looks great. Bit loud on low speed but think it's bcs it's so long. I don't mind. And it does a fantastic job of sucking up garlic or onion smells! Love the sleek look, baffles easy to remove and wash. This hood has great exhaust on the highest level and quiet enough for conversation on the levels 1-3. After shutting the fan off, it will run for an additional minute to remove any residual smells, and that works great as you don’t have to go back over during the middle of your meal to turn it off. Check out the new Awoco 30" Ceiling Insert Mount Split Quiet Range Hood with Voice, Gesture, Touch, Remote Controls, 800 CFM Kitchen Hood with 4-Speed Exhaust Fan, Stainless Steel Stove Hood with 6" Blower, LED Lights.

We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. Now if the TV or one of us saying something similar to "Hi Awoco" (prompt for commands) gets her talking we have a good chuckle.. Norma. Ware, MA. Sat Feb 14 2026
