This is exactly what I was looking for as a temporary coop for our ducks. It went together quickly and is extremely sturdy. The only improvement I would make is for the cover to be waterproof. Quality is good, directions were straightforward, but there are a lot of parts. This took hours of assembly and could not be completed in a day. It was also a few inches larger than dimensions I ordered, which isn’t a “bad” thing, but I had laid pavers for the exact dimensions of the description so that had to be adjusted. This is a very large cage. It was time consuming putting together but well worth it in the end. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Love it! It is a perfect size for our adopted u2. He has been living on his small cagetop (from his previous home) since we adopted him. He wouldnt go inside, so he remained in the quarantine room. We finally earned his trust, so we got him his castle to join the flock. My husband was busy, so I put it together alone. I used the top pieces to support it, so that I could get the bolts in. It worked out perfectly and took me just over an hour. My only complaint would be that AE included 5 food doors, but only 4 bowl holders to attach to those doors (and 4 bowls). Delivery was great.. Stupid cage for Stupid Parrots My birds, fairly intelligent, will be out of this in two seconds without extra locks, but that isn’t the deal breaker. There are Diagrams but no directions, no labels and an address for a video that didn’t play. Over all quality is not horrible, but one door hinge is broken and I had to use a mallet and a tiny crowbar tool to force a couple of pieces together. I’ve had parrots for 30 years and am experienced at putting cages together. This has been my worst experience. Before I would do it again, I would submit to an extra month of chemo, do my sister’s taxes and give up my left kidney. I did finally finish it by using zip ties to hold pieces loosely together and getting extra tools pictured to tap, whack, bend and pry. I didn’t pay for a high end cage, but adequate directions shouldn’t be too much to ask. UPDATE: I had to move the cage to another house. Disassembly must have bent other parts. I love this! Got it put together this morning and I adore it! I have 2 Quakers and about to order another for the other one. i’ve had this cage for five years and It’s perfect for medium sized birds. The tray is removable which makes it super easy to clean. the grate above it is also removable and acts as the “floor. there are gates on the front and back, as well as some some small ones on the right and right side to put food and water bowls in easily. it’s also on wheels so even though it’s big it’s easy to move around. there’s also a small “shelf” underneath the cage part which makes it easy to store food and treats or toys..
