Very well built cage, high quality wheels, stable, lots of space, a bit bigger than the standard 30 x 30 x 30 interior plus cart, but my birds love it. The only drawback is cage bars that go horizontally at the sides of the cage so you can't attach water containers and toys, etc., through the bars, but the front bars are vertical and perfectly spaced. I think I received a returned item. The crate did not unfold as per instructions, it was in pieces the hinges were broken bent it’s like someone tried to put it together butchered it sent it back. UPDATE I had an amazing experience with customer service. They immediately promptly issued a replacement fedex came picked up the damaged one. I think these get damaged in transport easily because the new one was almost perfect, it just had a dent in the corner, for which I was offered another replacement but instead I asked for a credit back to which Wayfair agreed to. It’s a nice cage. It’s bigger than I expected. The cage pull out base bottom was cracked. I super glued it..the hassle to return didn’t seem worth it. This is a great cage. I've had a few like it over the years, often sold in the process of moving cross country. I had a hard time finding this one anywhere else since most shops sell the one giant door model instead of the two doors model. All our birds prefer the two doors, as it's easier for them to pop out at the bottom during playtime or to "sit on the porch" when the top door is open. Assembly was easy, and there were a few extra parts included. The cage is sturdy and spacious, but with appropriate bar spacing for smaller birds like cockatiels, parakeets, and conures. This kennel came very quickly. It was extremely easy to put together. I have two small dogs that will be housed in it at night. I’m sure they won’t like the change but so be it.
